Knoepfler Chevrolet is offering New Owners Clinics quarterly. Customers who have purchased new vehicles within the last quarter are invited back to Knoepfler Chevrolet to learn the "ins and outs" of their vehicle and our dealership.
When our customers purchase their new vehicle, our sales team goes through all of the features and technology of their Chevrolet. However, it can be an information overload! The
New Owners' Clinic - "What You 'Auto' Know" is a chance for our customers to ask questions that have came up after they have been behind the wheel for a few weeks or months.
The first clinic for 2016 took place on
April 7 at 6:00 PM. Guests were served appetizers, signed up for door prizes and received a gift when they arrived. Our Director of Operations,
Joe Knoepfler, started off the event by welcoming everyone and telling a bit about the history of Knoepfler Chevrolet and the dealership is today.

Doug Walker |
Rod Hamm, our Service Manager, spoke next about how to schedule a
service appointment, the importance of routine maintenance, warranty work and general information about the Service Department.
Doug Walker, our Collision Center Manager, also gave information on our Body Shop and the services they offer such as
spray-in bed liners,
clear film protection and rock chip repairs. Lastly, Jerry Felix, one of our Sales Managers, thanked our guests for their purchase and welcomed them in anytime if they have questions about their new vehicle.
The guests then went on a tour of the dealership. They received a behind the scenes look at how Knoepfler Chevrolet operates. This ended up being the highlight for most of our customers!
After the tour, Joe Knoepfler went over some of the advanced technology features in the new Chevrolets, such as
MyLink, RemoteLink, OnStar and Apple CarPlay. Customers that needed more one on one help were invited to stick around after the clinic. At that time, our sales staff paired up with the customers to go over some of the features and technology of their new Chevrolets.
Our next clinic will tentatively take place in June or July 2016.
