A New Owners' Clinic was held on September 29 at Knoepfler Chevrolet. Customers who purchased a new Chevrolet within the last 6 months were invited to the event to learn the "ins and outs" of their new vehicle and their dealership.
When the guests arrived, they got their vehicles washed, signed up for door prizes, grabbed a free gift and enjoyed appetizers.
Heidi Connelly, Marketing Director for Knoepfler Chevrolet, welcomed the group and shared the history of the family-owned dealership. Rod Hamm, the Service Manager, discussed what to expect during a service visit, essential maintenance procedures and service warranties. Lastly, the Collision Center Manager, Doug Walker, spoke about the services the body shop offers, such as rock chip repairs, clear film paint protection and spray-in bed liners. Walker noted that the Collision Center works seamlessly with the insurance companies to make the process easy for the customer.
The entire group went on a tour of the dealership to see the Parts Department, the Service Department shop and the Collision Center shop. During this time, more details were noted about the dealership and guests were able to ask additional questions.
After the tour, Heidi Connelly briefly discussed the Sales Department and the advanced technology in the new Chevrolets. Door prizes were given out to three lucky winners. Guests with specific questions were paired up with sales associates who met them at their vehicles to answer questions such as, how to pair Bluetooth, how to use the MyChevrolet app and clarifications of any components of the vehicle.
Knoepfler Chevrolet plans to do this event at least two times a year. Connelly said, "This event is a great opportunity to review information and answer questions all at once. However, we want our customers to know that our relationship with them does not stop once they drive off with their new vehicle. We see it as just the beginning. So if questions come up about your vehicle, feel free to come see us anytime. We are here to serve our customers."
