New Owners' Clinic - Spring 2017

On April 13, Knoepfler Chevrolet held a New Owners' Clinic - "What You 'Auto' Know." At this event, customers who purchased a new vehicle from Knoepfler Chevrolet in the last 6 months are invited back to the dealership to learns the ins and outs of their vehicle and their dealership.

On the day that a customer picks up their new vehicle, they receive a TON of information regarding features of the vehicle, benefits of OnStar, how to pair their phone, service maintenance schedule and much more. Because so much information is given, a lot of it can be easily forgotten. Knoepfler Chevrolet took this as an opportunity to provide customers with an event to review some of these features. 


At the New Owners' Clinic, guests learn about the other departments, such as how to schedule an appointment with the Service Department, the services the Collision Center offers and the importance of GM parts. They enjoy a gift for attending, light appetizers and a chance to win door prizes. 

One of the highlights of the event is a tour the dealership. Customers receive a behind the scenes look of the facility including a walk through the Parts Department, Collision Center and Service Center. 


At the end of the event, features of the new vehicles are discussed. However, usually each customer has a different question such as how to pair their phone, what a certain button does in their Chevrolet or how to download the Chevrolet MyLink app. Therefore, customers are paired up with sales associates who can sit with them in their vehicle and review all of the features and answer questions.


The new Chevrolet models have amazing capabilities and the latest technology, and the staff at Knoepfler Chevrolet wants to make sure our customers are taking advantage of that. The New Owners' Clinic is a fun way to review their new vehicle and inform them on what other services Knoepfler Chevrolet has to offer.
